Refund policy
1. Returns and Refunds:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
- Exchanges: We do accept exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Exchange Process:
- Instructions: To exchange an item, please return it in its original packaging with the return form (found in your order) or a note with your order number. Send it to the address provided on our return form or website.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items for exchange. If the exchange is due to a store error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
